OBJECTIVE:

DRILL EXPLANATION:

  1. Four balls are placed at random around the area and on the coach's instructions a backline will run from one designated ball to the next, performing various plays.
  2. The coach whistles to end each play and the ball is placed and left there for a subsequent play.
  3. Coach can stand by the ball they want next or just designate.

COACHING POINTS:

• When players fatigue they tend to drift off the ball. Keep play straight.
