Objective: Evasion and teamwork 

equipment: None

group size: In 4s or 5s.

Area: Open area

drill set-up: Team of 4 or 5 joins arms as a circle with one player acting as a cat.

Drill explanation:

  1. On “Go”, player who has been nominated as the cat tries to tag a player in the circle that has been nominated as the mouse.

  2. Other teammates are moving to try and stop the cat from getting to the mouse.

Variations / progression:

  1. Do the same activity except this time the team links in a line rather than a circle. Mouse is at the end of the chain.
