Become a Coach
“Coaches have an important part to play in the development of each player in their team through game development and skill acquisition.
Good rugby coaches help individuals and teams win, but that is only part of their job. While they deservedly celebrate the winners, they also recognize the efforts of all players who work hard to be good in our game. Rugby coaches help players develop resilience, cope with disappointment, learn from mistakes, and make adjustments to strategies. These are all important aspects of developing initiative and core skills, which players will use in all aspects of life.
Coaches need to be thanked for these services!”
